Candidates are put through the selection process by qualified and experience assessors and experts in their field of the assessment centre as per the process given below :

- Group Situational Test.
- Personal Interview.
- Organisation culture.
- Matching of Individual assessment with the job specifications and organisation culture.
Timescale
We generally require 10 to 15 days advance notice to organize interview.
